Job summary

Jack Henry & Associates, Inc. is seeking a technical problem solver with CRM, banking or credit union industry experience to bridge the gap between financial operations and technology, troubleshoot complex application issues, and deliver exceptional client support from a remote location.

This role requires residing within approximately a 70-mile radius of office locations in Allen, TX; Lenexa, KS; Springfield, MO; Monett, MO; Louisville, KY; Charlotte, NC; Birmingham, AL; or Cedar Falls, IA.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years in banking/financial services in customer service, support, or software deployment.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to participate in after-hours on-call rotation.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot software, system, data, and integration issues for banks and credit unions
• Analyze application, SQL, server, and network problems to identify root causes
• Collaborate with clients, internal teams, and technical resources to resolve complex issues
• Document findings and solutions while maintaining SLAs
• Provide exceptional customer service and build client relationships
• May perform other job duties as assigned.
