Wolfjaw Studios is seeking a Business Development Associate to split time between research-driven outreach and providing team support. You will analyze prospective game and media partners, draft personalized outreach, and translate engineer notes into client-ready case studies.

You'll work with leadership and our engineering team, gaining insight into how a technical services business wins and maintains clients, while leveraging HubSpot or Apollo and Google Workspace for daily tasks.

Formación

• Strong writing skills to craft concise, personalized emails and longer case studies.
• Solid research abilities to assess prospects and gather credible information.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and maintaining outreach trackers.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace for collaboration and document processing.
• Experience in sales, business development, marketing, or outreach roles.
• Ability to communicate credibly about backend systems and scale.

Responsabilidades

• Researching prospective clients across games and media, including products, news, and technical challenges.
• Evaluating whether prospects fit Wolfjaw's services and documenting reasoning.
• Finding verifiable reasons to reach out, such as launches or platform changes.
• Drafting personalized cold emails and follow-ups with CRM updates.
• Writing client case studies from engineering and project notes.
• Supporting leadership with research, document prep, and day-to-day needs.
