Job summary

Wolfjaw Studios is seeking a Business Development Associate to balance 75% outbound prospecting with 25% internal support. You’ll research prospective clients, assess fit, craft outreach, and translate project notes into polished case studies for leadership review.

You’ll work with engineering and leadership to learn how technical services win and maintain client relationships, with fully remote options and local hybrid possibilities for some candidates.

Qualifications

• Experience writing for a professional audience (marketing copy, journalism, blog, or technical docs).
• Experience in sales, business development, marketing, recruiting, or outreach-focused roles.

Responsibilities

• Research prospective clients across games and media, including products, news, and infrastructure needs.
• Evaluate whether a prospect is a genuine fit and document reasoning for the team.
• Find timely reasons to reach out (launches, milestones, platform changes) and verify with primary sources.
• Draft personalized cold emails and follow-ups; maintain outreach tracker/CRM.
• Write client case studies from engineering/project notes in established format.
• Support leadership with research, document prep, and day-to-day needs.
