Job summary

Wolfjaw Studios is seeking a Business Development Associate to drive outreach to game studios and publishers while supporting the engineering team with client case studies. You will research prospective clients, assess fit, craft personalized emails, and maintain our CRM with clear notes.

You’ll split time roughly 75/25 between business development and team support, collaborating with leadership and engineers to translate technical work into compelling stakeholder stories while staying organized

Qualifications

• Strong writing skills for concise, personalized emails and longer-form client stories.
• Strong research skills including online information gathering and source evaluation.
• Excellent attention to detail and organization to manage many prospects.
• Able to learn technical concepts and explain them clearly to others (backend systems).
• English language proficiency required for written and spoken communication.

Responsibilities

• Research prospective clients in games and media, gather context and decisions.
• Evaluate fit and document reasoning for outreach decisions.
• Draft personalized cold emails and follow-ups; keep CRM accurate.
• Identify correct contacts and avoid guessing; verify information.
• Capture meeting notes and turn engineers' notes into client case studies.
