Job summary

Wolfjaw Studios is seeking a Business Development Associate to split time between research-backed outreach and supporting engineering-led client work. You will assess prospective clients, draft tailored outreach, and convert project notes into polished case studies.

Regular collaboration with leadership and the engineering team helps shape how the company wins and maintains partnerships. Ideal candidates are curious self-starters with a passion for how games scale and operate at industry-wide

Qualifications

• Strong writing skills to craft concise, personalized emails and longer-form case studies.
• Strong research skills to assess prospects, verify sources, and summarize relevant insights.
• Ability to talk credibly about backend systems and scale with non-engineering background.
• Prior experience in sales, biz dev, marketing, recruiting, or outreach roles is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Research prospective clients across games and media, including products, news, and backend challenges.
• Evaluate fit for Wolfjaw's services and document reasoning for team review.
• Draft personalized outreach and maintain CRM accuracy.
• Write client case studies from engineering notes in established format.
• Support leadership with research and document preparation as needed.
