Wolfjaw Studios is seeking a Business Development Associate to split time between research-driven outreach and team support. You’ll study prospective clients, assess fit for Wolfjaw’s backend services, and craft tailored outreach while turning engineer notes into polished case studies.

You’ll collaborate with leadership and the engineering team to win and maintain relationships. The role emphasizes strong writing and research, with remote work options.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in sales, business development, marketing, recruiting, or outreach-focused roles.
• Familiarity with CRM and prospecting tools such as HubSpot or Apollo and comfort working in Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Research prospective clients across games and media, including products, news, tech challenges, and decision-makers.
• Evaluate fit for Wolfjaw's services and document reasoning for team visibility.
• Identify timely reasons to reach out (launches, milestones, platform changes) and verify against sources.
• Draft personalized cold emails and follow-ups, maintain outreach tracker and CRM accuracy.
• Turn engineering/project notes into client case studies following established formats.
• Support leadership with research, document prep, and day-to-day needs.
