Job summary

Wolfjaw Studios is seeking a results-driven Business Development Associate to help grow our client portfolio in the gaming and media space. You’ll split time between researching prospective clients, evaluating fit, and drafting personalized outreach, while translating engineering notes into compelling client case studies.

You’ll collaborate with leadership and our engineering team, communicating clearly with studios and publishers.

Qualifications

• Strong writing and outreach skills for concise emails and case studies.
• Strong research skills to find and summarize relevant information.
• Ability to discuss backend systems and scale credibly without engineering background.
• Excellent English communication, written and spoken.
• Experience in sales, business development, marketing, recruiting, or outreach roles.
• Familiarity with CRM/prospecting tools like HubSpot or Apollo; comfortable with Google Workspace.
• Experience writing for marketing, journalism, blog posts, or technical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Research prospective clients across games and media and document decisions.
• Evaluate fit for Wolfjaw's services and communicate findings to the team.
• Identify timely reasons to reach out (launches, milestones, platform changes).
• Draft personalized outreach emails and maintain CRM accuracy.
• Turn engineering notes into polished client case studies.
