The Landline Company is seeking a Talent Acquisition Recruiter to support frontline hiring across North America. You will lead high-volume, full-cycle recruiting for Airport Agents and drivers, while partnering with station leaders to staff new markets on tight timelines.

Ideal candidates will have 4+ years in recruitment, deep experience with ATS tools like ADP Workforce Now, and a track record of coordinating hiring events. This remote role requires travel to new stations and events as needed.

Qualificações

• 4+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience, primarily in high-volume frontline hiring, plus some full-cycle exempt-role recruiting.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
• Hands-on execution-focused approach with ability to manage requisitions load independently.
• Experience hiring for customer-facing hourly roles in multi-state or multi-country environments, preferably in transportation/aviation/logistics/hospitality.
• Experience supporting or running in-person hiring events, job fairs, or mass onboarding.
• Comfort in fast-growing, ambiguous environments with shifting priorities.
• Familiarity with FAA and FMCSA hiring requirements or quick learner.
• Comfort using recruiting data/metrics to improve outcomes.
• Strong organization and ability to manage many requisitions and deadlines.
• Experience with ADP Workforce Now or similar ATS; familiarity with Tenstreet, Slack, and Microsoft tools.
• French language proficiency and HR certification a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Own high-volume, full-cycle recruiting for frontline roles (Airport Agents and drivers) from sourcing to offer and onboarding.
• Partner with station/Operations leaders to forecast staffing needs and build candidate pipelines.
• Stay current on regional labor markets and share pay insights with managers.
• Track recruiting metrics and leverage data to improve processes.
• Support salaried hiring including station managers and operations leaders as needed.
• Plan and coordinate hiring events and group interviews with local teams.
• Guide candidates from recruitment to training and onboarding at the new market.
• Ensure compliance with FAA, FMCSA, and state regulations, including background checks and testing.
• Manage candidate records in ADP Workforce Now and other systems and suggest improvements.
• Strengthen employment brand through recruiting marketing and partnerships.
• Build relationships with job boards, community partners, and external agencies.
