Job summary

The Landline Company is seeking a Talent Acquisition Recruiter to lead high-volume frontline hiring across North America. You’ll partner with station leaders, manage end-to-end recruitment for Airport Agents and drivers, and participate in onboarding events to staff new markets on tight timelines.

Reporting to the Director of People Operations, you’ll use ADP Workforce Now and Tenstreet daily, drive data-driven hiring decisions, and help strengthen our employer brand as we scale operations

Qualifications

• 4+ years in recruiting, with frontline/high-volume experience.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field.
• Able to independently manage multiple requisitions.
• Experience hiring for customer-facing hourly roles across multi-state environments.
• Experience running in-person hiring events and mass onboarding.
• Familiar with regulated hiring (FAA/FMCSA) and related requirements.

Responsibilities

• Own high-volume, full-cycle recruiting for frontline roles (Airport Agents, drivers).
• Partner with station leaders to plan staffing for existing and new markets.
• Track recruiting metrics and drive process improvements.
• Coordinate hiring events and group interviews (virtual and on-site).
• Work with safety/compliance to ensure regulatory hiring standards.
• Maintain candidate records in ADP Workforce Now and other systems.
• Support salaried hiring as needed (station managers, operations leaders).
• Strengthen Landline’s employer brand and recruiting marketing.
