Job summary

The Landline Company is rapidly expanding and seeks a Talent Acquisition Recruiter to drive frontline hiring for Airport Agents and drivers across North America. You will manage high-volume, full-cycle recruiting and partner with station leadership to staff new markets on tight timelines.

You will also support salaried roles, run hiring events, and ensure compliance with FAA/FMCSA rules, while leveraging ADP Workforce Now and Tenstreet to optimize hiring processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 4+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience, high-volume frontline hiring.
• Hands-on, execution-focused approach with ability to manage multiple requisitions.

Responsibilities

• Own high-volume, full-cycle recruiting for frontline roles (Airport Agents and drivers) from sourcing to onboarding.
• Partner with station and Operations leaders to understand staffing needs for existing stations and new market launches.
• Stay current on regional hourly labor markets and share insights with hiring managers.
• Track recruiting metrics and use data to continuously improve the process.
• Support salaried hiring such as station managers and operations leaders as needed.
• Plan and coordinate hiring events and group interviews (virtual and on-site).
• Guide candidates from recruitment through training and onboarding.
• Ensure compliance with FAA, FMCSA, and state regulations including background checks and drug testing.
• Maintain candidate records in ADP Workforce Now and other systems; suggest improvements.
• Help strengthen Landline's employer brand and recruiting materials.
