Job summary

The Landline Company is hiring a Talent Acquisition Recruiter to own frontline, high-volume recruiting across North America. This remote role partners with People Operations to hire Airport Agents, drivers, and station leadership for new markets, on a tight timeline.

You'll run end-to-end recruitment, coordinate hiring events, use ADP Workforce Now and other tools, and ensure compliance with FAA/FMCSA requirements while contributing to our employment brand.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience, focus on frontline hiring.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Psychology or equivalent experience.
• Experience hiring for hourly frontline roles across multi-state environments.

Responsibilities

• Own high-volume, full-cycle recruiting for frontline roles (Airport Agents, drivers) from sourcing to onboarding.
• Partner with station/Operations leaders to forecast staffing and build pipelines for new markets.
• Coordinate and run in-person and virtual hiring events and mass onboarding.
• Track recruiting metrics and leverage data to improve outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with FAA/FMCSA and state regulations in hiring processes.
