The Landline Company is hiring a Talent Acquisition Recruiter to lead high-volume frontline hiring across North America, reporting to People Operations leadership. You’ll own full-cycle recruiting for Airport Agents, drivers, and select salaried roles, coordinating events and onboarding for new stations in fast growth markets.

Experience with ADP/ATS tools, data-driven hiring, and multi-state staffing is essential.

Formación

• 4+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience in frontline hiring.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Ability to manage a high requisition load independently.

Responsabilidades

• Own high-volume, full-cycle recruiting for frontline roles, including Airport Agents and drivers, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Partner with station and Operations leaders to plan staffing for existing stations and new markets.
• Develop proactive frontline candidate pipelines to meet demand.
• Monitor regional labor markets and share pay insights with leadership.
• Track recruiting metrics and continuously improve processes.
• Coordinate in-person and virtual hiring events and mass onboarding.
• Ensure hiring complies with FAA, FMCSA, and state rules and complete background checks.
• Maintain records in ADP Workforce Now and other HR systems.
• Support salaried hiring as needed, e.g., station managers and operations leaders.
• Strengthen Landline’s employer brand through recruiting marketing efforts.
• Build relationships with job boards and external recruiting agencies.
