Zusammenfassung

The Landline Company is expanding its Talent Acquisition team and seeks a recruiter to manage frontline hiring for Airport Agents and drivers across North America. You will own the candidate lifecycle and partner with station leaders to build staffing pipelines in new markets.

Reporting to the Director of People Operations, you’ll coordinate high-volume hiring, participate in hiring events, and ensure compliance with FAA/FMCSA rules while leveraging ADP Workforce Now and Tenstreet.

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience in high-volume frontline hiring.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
• Hands-on, execution-focused approach and ability to independently manage requisitions load.
• Experience hiring for customer-facing hourly roles in multi-state or multi-country environment (transportation, aviation, logistics, hospitality).
• Experience supporting or running in-person hiring events, job fairs, or mass onboarding.
• Comfort in fast-growing, sometimes ambiguous environments with shifting priorities.
• Working knowledge of FAA and FMCSA hiring requirements or ability to learn quickly.
• Comfort with recruiting data and metrics and using data to improve outcomes.
• Strong organization and ability to manage a high volume of requisitions and deadlines.
• Experience with ADP Workforce Now or similar ATS; familiarity with Tenstreet, Slack, and Microsoft tools.

Aufgaben

• Own high-volume, full-cycle recruiting for frontline roles (Airport Agents and drivers) from sourcing to onboarding.
• Partner with station and Operations leaders to understand staffing needs for existing stations and new markets, building proactive candidate pipelines.
• Stay current on regional hourly labor markets and share pay insights with hiring managers and People leadership.
• Track and report on recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, show rates, source effectiveness, tenure) and drive process improvements.
• Support salaried hiring (station managers, business support, operations) as needed from intake to onboarding.
• Plan and coordinate hiring events and group interviews with local station teams to maintain pipeline pace.
• Guide candidates from recruiting through training until they join the local team.
