Job summary

The Landline Company is hiring a Talent Acquisition Recruiter to support frontline hiring across North America. You will run high-volume, full-cycle recruitment for roles like Airport Agents and drivers, coordinate hiring events, and assist with salaried hires for station leadership.

This role reports to the Director of People Operations and collaborates with the SVP of People. Ideal candidates bring 4+ years in recruiting, a hands-on, metric-driven approach, and experience with ADP Workforce

Qualifications

• 4+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience in high-volume frontline hiring.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, Psychology or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Hands-on, execution-focused approach; able to manage own requisition load.

Responsibilities

• Own high-volume, full-cycle recruiting for frontline roles (Airport Agents, drivers).
• Partner with station and Operations leaders to understand staffing needs for existing stations and new markets.
• Stay current on regional hourly labor markets and share insights with hiring managers.
• Track recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, show rates, source effectiveness) and use data to improve processes.
• Support salaried hiring as needed (station managers, business support, operations leaders).
• Plan and coordinate hiring events and group interviews (virtual and on-site).
• Guide candidates from recruitment through training and onboarding.
• Ensure compliance with FAA, FMCSA, and state transportation regulations during hiring.
• Work with ADP Workforce Now and People Systems; maintain accurate candidate records.
• Enhance Landline’s employment brand through recruiting marketing materials.
• Build relationships with job boards, community partners, and external agencies.
