The Landline Company is transforming air travel by linking regional communities to major hubs. We seek a Talent Acquisition Recruiter to lead high-volume frontline hiring for Airport Agents and drivers, while supporting salaried roles and coordinating hiring events across North America.

You’ll report to People Operations leadership and work with a fast-growing team to build stations in new markets, ensuring compliant, timely onboarding in a dynamic, regulatory environment.

Competenze

• 4+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience, primarily in high-volume frontline hiring, plus some full-cycle exempt-role recruiting.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Hands-on, execution-focused candidate load management and independent requisition handling.
• Experience hiring for customer-facing hourly roles in a multi-state environment (aviation/transport/hospitality).
• Experience coordinating in-person hiring events or mass onboarding.
• Familiarity with FAA/FMCSA hiring requirements or ability to learn quickly.
• Comfort with recruiting metrics and data-driven process improvements.
• Proficiency with ATS and tools; French language knowledge is a plus.

Mansioni

• Own high-volume, full-cycle recruiting for frontline roles (Airport Agents, drivers) from sourcing to onboarding.
• Partner with station and Operations leaders to plan staffing for existing stations and new markets.
• Stay current on regional hourly labor markets and share pay insights with managers.
• Track time-to-fill, show rates, source effectiveness, and early-tenure retention; act on findings.
• Support salaried hiring when needed, including station managers and operations leads.
• Plan and coordinate hiring events and group interviews with local teams.
• Guide candidates from recruitment to training and assignment to local teams.
• Ensure compliance with FAA/FMCSA regulations, background checks, drug/alcohol testing, driving checks.
• Work daily in ADP Workforce Now and other HR systems; suggest process improvements.
• Help strengthen Landline's employer brand through recruiting marketing materials.
