Zusammenfassung

The Landline Company is seeking a Talent Acquisition Recruiter to lead high-volume frontline hiring across North America. You will partner with People leadership to staff Airport Agents, drivers, and station leaders, coordinating onboarding events in new markets on tight timelines.

You’ll use ADP Workforce Now and other tools to optimize sourcing, screening, and hiring while ensuring regulatory compliance and contributing to our employer branding efforts.

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field.
• Experience hiring for hourly frontline roles in multi-state or multi-country environments.
• Experience planning hiring events and onboarding.
• Familiarity with FAA/FMCSA or regulated hiring processes.

Aufgaben

• Lead high-volume, full-cycle recruiting for frontline roles from sourcing to onboarding.
• Collaborate with station and Operations leaders to forecast staffing needs for existing stations and new markets.
• Develop frontline candidate pipelines to match hiring demands and timelines.
• Track recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, show rates) and drive process improvements.
• Support salaried hiring when needed, including station managers and operations leaders.
• Plan and coordinate hiring events and group interviews, both virtual and on-site.
• Ensure hiring complies with FAA, FMCSA, and state regulations, including background checks.
