Qualifications

• Approximately 5 years of relevant professional experience in sales, supplier management, or business development.
• Experience with connectors or electronic components preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify new business opportunities and drive strategic sales initiatives.
• Build and maintain strong supplier relationships to drive growth.
• Develop supplier business plans with cross-functional teams.
• Monitor sales performance and report on KPIs.
• Travel approximately 50% to meet customers and suppliers.
