Challenge Electronics is seeking a high-energy sales professional to drive growth in a fully remote, multi-country environment. You will develop strategic sales plans, identify new opportunities, and build strong relationships with OEMs and key customers.

Responsibilities include developing and implementing plans to achieve company objectives, conducting market research, preparing forecasts and reports, and collaborating with engineering teams on designs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years selling electronic components.
• Experience collaborating with engineers on designs.
• Multi-country direct sales background.
• Willing to travel 30-40% (including overnights).
• Experience in medical, consumer, industrial, security, IoT, or agriculture markets.

Responsibilities

• Developing and implementing strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives.
• Identifying new business opportunities and expanding the client base within your region.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
• Conducting market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitors.
• Prepare forecasts, reports, and profit analyses.
• Work on marketing, sales strategies and more small company needs.
