Eaton seeks a Manager, Supplier Development Engineering - EMS & Electronics to lead a team of supplier development engineers and drive capability, capacity, and readiness across EMS and Electronics. This hybrid role covers domestic facilities with relocation options within the United States.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field.
• Eight+ years in supplier development or related areas.
• Three+ years leading technical teams and cross-functional work.
• No immigration sponsorship for this position.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute supplier development strategy for regions/segments.
• Lead a team of Supplier Development Engineers.
• Oversee supplier capability, capacity, and risk assessments.
• Drive Lean/Six Sigma, process capability, and problem‑solving initiatives.
• Manage capacity readiness for forecasted demand and launches.
• Ensure readiness for new product introductions and transitions.
• Establish governance, metrics, and best practices across suppliers.
• Collaborate with Quality, Engineering, Procurement, and Operations.
• Define KPIs and monitor supplier development performance.
