Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Operations, Quality or related technical discipline.
• Minimum of eight years in Supplier Development, Supplier Quality, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations, or related field.
• Minimum of three years in leadership, coordinating cross-functional teams.

• Develop and execute supplier development strategy for regions, commodities, or business segments.
• Lead a team of Supplier Development Engineers; establish performance expectations and development plans.
• Oversee supplier capability, manufacturing risk assessments, and readiness for launches.
• Drive manufacturing excellence using Lean, Six Sigma, and structured problem solving.
• Manage capacity readiness, localization, and production transfer activities.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Quality, Engineering, and Business leadership to align priorities.
• Establish governance, KPIs, and best practices for supplier development globally.
