Eaton's Corporate Sector is seeking a Manager, Supplier Development Engineering - EMS & Electronics. This hybrid role can be located at Beachwood, OH, Charlotte, NC, Detroit/Jackson, MI, Menomonee Falls, WI, Moon Township, PA, Peachtree City, GA, or Raleigh, NC.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical discipline.
• 8+ years in supplier development, supplier quality, manufacturing, operations, or related field.
• 3+ years of leadership experience managing technical teams and cross-functional initiatives.
• Eaton will not sponsor immigration for this position.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute supplier development strategy for assigned regions or segments.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Supplier Development Engineers.
• Oversee supplier capability and risk assessments; ensure mitigation plans.
• Drive Lean/Six Sigma based manufacturing excellence and process improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align supplier development with business goals.
• Establish governance and KPIs for supplier development activities.
