Job summary

Jobgether SRL is seeking a Program Manager, Studio Z, to drive day-to-day delivery of a diverse portfolio of creative projects in a distributed, high-performing studio environment. You will bring structure across projects from brief to delivery and work with account, strategy, creative, and program management partners to keep priorities aligned.

Qualifications

• 5 years in program management, creative operations, campaign production, or similar field.
• Demonstrated experience with creative teams including designers, copywriters, editors, and other creatives.
• Strong written and verbal communication to keep stakeholders informed and aligned.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple projects, deadlines and dependencies.
• Collaborative and team-oriented, focused on enabling high-quality work.
• Creative problem-solving and efficiency improvement skills.
• Experience with project management or workflow tools is a plus.
• Curiosity about AI and emerging technologies to improve productivity.
• Ability to work in a fast-moving, distributed environment with structure and accountability.
• Strong interpersonal skills to identify risks and coordinate solutions across functions.

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain, and distribute project status reports and schedules for active projects, leading status meetings.
• Develop project plans and briefing materials with account partners, defining deliverables, milestones, timelines, and responsibilities.
• Attend and lead project briefings, ensuring objectives, deliverables, priorities, and timing are clear.
• Support weekly resource-planning by maintaining project requests, identifying capacity conflicts, and flagging risks.
• Coordinate cross-functional communication to meet deadlines, coordinate reviews, and recap next steps.
• Route assets, copy documents, presentations, and files for review and approval.
• Coordinate debriefs after presentations to capture feedback and plan next steps.
• Maintain accurate project information across JIRA, forecasting tools, and DAM systems.
• Provide reliable project data to support reporting and decision-making.
• Adopt AI tools and productivity solutions to reduce manual work and increase capacity.
• Contribute to evolving program management processes across the creative/marketing org.
