Job summary

Brandtech+ is seeking a Studio Manager to support a North American client, focusing on capacity planning, resource allocation, and utilization tracking across on-site and remote teams. You will ensure balanced workloads, protect SLAs, and maintain healthy utilization levels.

Responsibilities include sourcing and screening talent, handling resource requests, coordinating interviews, and providing monthly retention reporting.

Qualifications

• 4+ years’ experience as a Resource Manager in an advertising or staffing agency setting.
• At least 3 years of sourcing/recruiting experience in a creative environment (e.g., designer, account manager, art director, copywriter).
• Proven ability to attract hard-to-find candidates in competitive markets.

Responsibilities

• Source and screen top talent for open roles leveraging networks in creative/tech.
• Manage and triage resource requests across the business with timely allocation of resources.
• Screen candidates from the freelance pool for skill and cultural fit.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams and discipline leads.
• Negotiate freelance rates and terms to secure win-win agreements.
• Support onboarding and maintain best practices for resource management.
