Job summary

Zillow Group’s Studio Z is seeking a hands-on Program Manager to drive execution across a diverse portfolio of creative work. You will manage timelines, communications, and production logistics from brief to delivery, supporting the Senior Program Manager and growing PM skills in a fast-moving, cross-functional environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program management, creative operations, or campaign production experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience working with creative teams (designers, copywriters, editors, etc).
• Collaborative mindset and drive to optimize workflows.

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain and distribute status-report documents and detailed project schedules.
• Develop project plans and briefing documents with Account teams.
• Lead briefings and ensure deliverables and timing are understood by the team.
• Support weekly resourcing meetings and flag capacity conflicts and risks.
• Facilitate communication to meet deadlines and manage reviews and approvals.
• Route materials to appropriate team members for review and revisions.
• Schedule debriefs with cross-functional teams to discuss feedback and next steps.
• Maintain operational systems (JIRA, forecasting sheets, DAM) and ensure data accuracy.
• Adopt AI tools and productivity solutions to improve day-to-day workflow.
