Job summary

Jobgether SRL seeks an Account & Project Manager in the United States to own the full lifecycle of marketing and advertising projects, from kickoff and planning through delivery and closeout.

You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams across strategy, creative, media, analytics, SEO, CRM, and web, ensuring objectives, timelines, budgets, and scope are met while driving measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 3+ years in project or account management, in agency environments.
• Experience managing full lifecycle of marketing and advertising projects.
• Experience tracking KPIs, budgets, pace, margins and profitability.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships as primary contact.
• Experience coordinating multiple projects or workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of marketing and advertising projects from kickoff through closeout.
• Establish goals, scopes, timelines, budgets, deliverables, and success metrics with clients.
• Track scope, pace, financial performance, and profitability; address risks proactively.
• Coordinate resources and remove roadblocks for cross-functional teams.
• Communicate updates clearly to stakeholders and foster collaboration.
• Lead client meetings with clear agendas and action items.
• Monitor progress against KPIs and business objectives to keep engagements on target.
• Identify opportunities for account expansion and renewal by demonstrating value.
