Job summary

Jobgether SRL is seeking a Program Manager in the United States to lead delivery across a portfolio of consulting and design engagements. You will coach Senior Project Managers and project teams, align objectives with senior consultants and technical groups, and ensure delivery is on scope, schedule, and budget.

The role emphasizes governance, process improvement, and stakeholder communication, with up to 20% travel and remote work from the U.S.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of project management experience, preferably in consulting, with 3+ years leading project teams.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience.
• Familiarity with low-voltage and physical security technologies and design concepts.
• Strong communication to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to meet government security screening; U.S. citizenship required.
• Willingness to travel up to 20%.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of a portfolio of consulting and design engagements, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, and quality targets.
• Mentor and develop Senior Project Managers and Project Managers.
• Monitor portfolio health and resource constraints; take corrective actions.
• Serve as escalation point for delivery challenges across teams and stakeholders.
• Participate in recruiting, onboarding, performance reviews, and workforce planning.
• Oversee staffing, utilization, forecasting, and capacity planning across client engagements.
• Monitor financial performance and delivery metrics; drive operational improvements.
• Establish pm standards, governance, tools, templates, and reporting practices.
• Drive continuous improvement through metrics, lessons learned, and client feedback.
• Maintain regular communication with clients on status, risks, decisions, and changes.
