• 5+ years of program management, creative operations, or campaign production experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience working with creative teams (designers, copywriters, editors, etc).
• Collaborative mindset with a drive to get the best work from teams.
• Eye for efficiency and creative problem solving.
• Project management tool experience a plus; highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Curiosity about AI and emerging tools with a drive to improve workflows.

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain and distribute status reports and detailed project schedules.
• Lead regular status meetings, track progress, and update stakeholders.
• Develop project plans and briefings outlining deliverables and milestones.
• Attend and lead briefs, ensuring clear understanding of timing and deliverables.
• Support resourcing meetings, flag capacity conflicts and risks ahead of sessions.
• Facilitate cross-functional communication and coordinate reviews and approvals.
• Maintain project data across systems and explore AI/tools to improve workflow.
