Qualifications

• Studio Operations Background: 10+ years leading studio operations, production traffic management, or project management in high-volume settings.
• Volume Management: Experience handling 15+ concurrent deliverables and spikes of 30+ deliveries.
• Social Media Production Experience: Background in social media content production with fast turnaround expectations.
• Airtable (Must Have): Strong hands-on Airtable experience with workflow design and views.
• Figma (Must Have): Proficient in reviewing and giving feedback on creative work in Figma.
• Premiere (Working Knowledge): Basic familiarity to understand cuts and timing.
• Frame.io & Lucid: Experience with Frame.io and Lucid or similar tools for review collaboration.
• Resource Management: Track real-time bandwidth and coordinate with resource managers for flex talent.
• Cross-functional Leadership: Lead designers, editors, producers, and copywriters across two workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end studio operations, acting as air traffic control for incoming production requests, priorities, and timelines across two workstreams.
• Own and maintain the Airtable-based workflow system for intake, tracking, and reporting in partnership with technical resources.
• Coordinate with core production tools (Figma, Frame.io, Lucid) to keep review and delivery cycles moving.
• Run cross-functional standups and operational check-ins to maintain accountability and remove blockers.
• Act as the main contact for real-time bottlenecks, balancing priorities across workstreams.
• Track operational and output metrics and report team health and delivery performance to leadership.
