Job summary

Markage is seeking a Studio Manager to own the day-to-day delivery operations for a portfolio of Studio Access clients in a fully remote U.S. team. You will be the primary operational contact, prioritizing requests and coordinating with central production to keep projects moving smoothly.

You will not perform creative work; instead you will manage workflow, resolve conflicts, and maintain clear client communication to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery across accounts.

Qualifications

• Experience managing client relationships in marketing, agency, or professional services.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Dex Management Team Leader Certification (DEX-MTL) or higher credential.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary operational contact for an assigned portfolio of Studio Access clients.
• Receive, clarify, and prioritize client marketing and design requests.
• Coordinate work with central production teams and track delivery timelines.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients.
• Keep organized records of client requests, priorities, and completed work.
• Resolve routine delivery conflicts and competing client priorities independently.
• Escalate material risks or issues when appropriate.
• Support a consistent, high-quality client experience across the accounts you manage.
