IonTuition is seeking a remote Customer Service Associate to handle inbound and outbound calls, chats, and texts for students and alumni. You will manage customer information in the CRM system, follow escalation procedures, and ensure compliance with client requirements.

The role emphasizes strong communication, quick follow-up, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Training lasts two weeks, with CST hours, and benefits including work-from-home and provided equipment.

Competenze
