IonTuition is seeking a remote Customer Service Associate to support students and alumni. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, chats, and texts, and aim to resolve inquiries efficiently while maintaining high service standards.

Based remotely in the US, you will work across multiple shifts, with training during core CST hours. A high school diploma is required, and prior call-center experience is a plus. Join a flexible, growth-oriented team providing robust support to our clients.
