Job summary

IonTuition is seeking a Customer Service Associate to handle inbound and outbound calls, chats, and texts for students and alumni from a remote location. The role emphasizes accurate, professional support and adherence to policies and KPIs.

Training occurs during the first two weeks, Monday–Friday, 8 am–5 pm CST. Education required is high school or equivalent, with a starting salary of $17.50 per hour depending on experience.

• Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and client requirements.
• Apply training materials effectively and share knowledge with team members.
