IonTuition is hiring a Customer Service Associate for a 100% remote role. You will handle inbound/outbound calls, chats, and texts from students, ensure timely and accurate assistance, and maintain CRM records.

Training runs two weeks, Monday–Friday, 8 am–5 pm CST, with ongoing performance metrics and growth opportunities. Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, strong communication, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Inbound and outbound calls, chats, and texts handling with productivity goals.
• Provide timely, accurate, and professional assistance on inquiries.
• Document and update customer information in the CRM.
• Follow escalation procedures and company policies.
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and client requirements.
• Apply training materials and share knowledge with team members.
• Meet or exceed performance metrics and KPIs.

Responsibilities
