IonTuition is seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our remote team. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, chats, and texts for students and alumni, providing timely, accurate assistance and maintaining CRM records.

This full-time, 100% remote role requires high school or equivalent, training 8 am–5 pm CST for two weeks, and starting pay of $17.50 per hour with opportunities for growth. You must have reliable internet access and reside in eligible states including MO.
