Job summary

IonTuition is seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our remote team. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, chats, and texts, provide timely assistance, document updates in the CRM, and follow escalation procedures while ensuring compliance and meeting KPIs.

Training runs the first two weeks, Monday–Friday 8 am–5 pm CST. Education requirement is high school or equivalent. Starting pay is $17.50 per hour, with benefits and company-provided equipment for a fully remote role.

Qualifications

• High school or equivalent required.
• Ability to manage multiple channels (calls, chats, texts) and meet productivity goals.
• Will document and update customer information in the CRM and follow escalation procedures.

Responsibilities
