Job summary

IonTuition is hiring a Remote Customer Service Associate to support students and alumni. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, chats, and texts while maintaining a high level of service from home.

As part of the team, you will document customer information in the CRM, follow escalation procedures, and ensure compliance with client and regulatory requirements. Training runs Monday–Friday 8 am–5 pm CST during onboarding, with a starting wage of $17.50 per hour, full-time employment, and
