IonTuition, a remote-friendly education services company, is seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our remote team. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, chats, and texts, assisting students and alumni on behalf of our clients while meeting productivity goals.

Training will occur during the first two weeks, with hours 8 am–5 pm CST. A high school diploma is required. The role offers full-time employment, competitive benefits, and work-from-home flexibility.

Qualifications
