IonTuition is seeking a Customer Service Associate to support students and alumni from a fully remote role. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, chats, and texts, primarily contacting students on behalf of our clients, working from any eligible state (AZ, FL, IL, IN, MO, NC, SC, SD, VA, WI) with reliable internet.

Training occurs during the first two weeks, with schedule Monday–Friday, 8 am–5 pm CST.

Competenze

• Excellent communication via calls, chat, and text.
• Ability to follow policies and escalate when needed.
• Experience with CRM systems and data accuracy.

• Manage inbound and outbound customer calls, chats, and texts while meeting productivity goals.
• Provide timely, accurate, and professional assistance on all inquiries.
• Document and update customer information in the CRM system.
• Follow escalation procedures and company policies to ensure resolution.

• Apply training materials effectively and share knowledge with team members.
