• Experience in sales, business development, marketing, recruiting, or other outreach-focused roles.
• Strong writing and research skills for professional outreach and case studies.
• Ability to discuss backend systems credibly, even without engineering background.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Comfort working in a fully remote environment and coordinating with distributed teams.

Responsibilities

• Research prospective clients across games and media to assess needs and fit.
• Evaluate whether prospects are a genuine fit and document reasoning.
• Identify timely reasons to reach out and verify with primary sources.
• Draft personalized cold emails and follow-ups; maintain outreach CRM records.
• Transcribe project notes into client-facing case studies and materials.
• Assist leadership with research, documents, and day-to-day needs.
