Job summary

Wolfjaw Studios is seeking a Business Development Associate to drive outreach for backend and infrastructure projects. This fully remote role splits time 75/25 between client research/outreach and team support, with opportunities to influence product and infrastructure decisions.

You'll write concise emails, build client case studies from engineering notes, and collaborate with leadership and the engineering team to win and keep clients.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, business development, marketing, or outreach.
• Strong writing and research skills.
• Ability to discuss backend systems at a high level.
• Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot or Apollo) and Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Research prospective clients across games and media to assess fit.
• Draft personalized outreach emails and maintain CRM accuracy.
• Turn engineering notes into client case studies.
• Support leadership with research and document preparation.
