Wolfjaw Studios is seeking a Business Development Associate to split time between identifying prospective clients (about 75%) and supporting the engineering team (about 25%). You will research studios, publishers, and media companies facing backend scaling challenges, and draft personalized outreach to review.

You\'ll also capture meeting notes and translate engineers\' project notes into polished client case studies, working closely with leadership and our engineering team to win and keep

Formación

• Strong writing skills for concise emails and longer-form pieces such as case studies.
• Strong research skills, including finding information online and summarizing what matters.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organization to manage many prospects and tasks.
• Comfort learning technical concepts well enough to explain them clearly to others.
• Written and oral proficiency in English.

Responsabilidades

• Researching prospective clients and evaluating fit for Wolfjaw's services.
• Drafting personalized cold emails and maintaining the outreach tracker/CRM.
• Capturing clear meeting notes and turning project notes into client case studies.
• Supporting leadership with research, document prep, and day-to-day needs.
