Job summary

Wolfjaw Studios is seeking a Business Development Associate to split time between outreach (75%) and team support (25%). You will research prospective clients, assess fit, draft personalized outreach, and turn engineering notes into client case studies.

Qualifications

• Strong writing in emails and long-form pieces such as case studies.
• Excellent research skills to find, verify, and summarize relevant information.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organization for handling many prospects.
• Ability to learn technical concepts and explain them clearly to others (backend systems).
• Must have written and verbal English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Research prospective clients across games and media, including products, news, technical challenges, and decision makers.
• Evaluate whether prospects are a genuine fit and document reasoning clearly for the team.
• Identify timely reasons to reach out (launches, milestones, platform changes) and verify with primary sources.
• Draft personalized cold emails and follow-ups, maintain the outreach tracker and CRM.
• Identify and verify the correct contact at each company; flag uncertainties explicitly.
