You’ll work with customer engineering teams to implement, configure, optimize, and expand usage of AppSignal, acting as a technical partner to customers. We encourage candidates within CET timezone proximity and offer a remote-first culture with opportunities for collaboration across countries.
Qualifications
- Experience in technical engineering roles.
- Experience in customer-facing technical roles.
- Ability to pick up new languages and debug across the stack.
- Strong communication with technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proactive ownership and problem-solving.
Responsibilities
- Review and troubleshoot how a customer instrumented their app and identify gaps.
- Help customers connect services to AppSignal and send trace, metric and log data.
- Debug observability issues across the stack with customer teams.
- Write proof-of-concept integrations to support new systems.
