Elite Technology is seeking a Tech Lead Engineer to drive the execution of our product and platform roadmap. You will blend deep engineering hands-on work with leadership, guiding architecture decisions and mentoring engineers to uphold high standards across the SDLC.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/SE or equivalent experience.
• 12+ years of professional software development experience.
• Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft stack including C#/.NET Core and Angular.
• Strong hands-on Azure cloud services experience and distributed systems design.
• Proven experience with CI/CD pipelines (YAML) and DevOps practices.
• Experience in microservices, RESTful APIs, and cloud-native architecture.
• Ability to mentor engineers and lead technically without formal authority.
• Willingness to travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership for complex, high-impact initiatives.
• Lead system and component-level architecture design with engineers and architects.
• Own end-to-end execution from design through delivery.
• Translate designs into tasks, estimates and plans.
• Design and evolve cloud-native architectures (microservices, event-driven, API-first).
• Set high engineering standards via code reviews, CI/CD, testing, and observability.
• Address technical debt and drive performance and reliability improvements.
• Mentor engineers and foster collaboration and growth.
• Collaborate with Product, UX, QA, Security, and Infra teams.
