Job summary

Microblink is seeking a Solutions Engineer who will sit at the intersection of Sales, Customer Success, and Product, crafting onboarding journeys, designing technical solutions, and building trust with customers.

From discovery to deployment, you’ll be the technical voice, leading onboarding, RFP responses, and compelling demos across web, iOS, Android and cloud, while collaborating with Product and Engineering to drive product improvements.

Qualifications

5–8 years in Sales/solutions engineering or similar
2+ years in Identity Verification (IDV) or Identity and Access Management (IAM)
Experience supporting both pre-sales and post-sales engagements
Exceptional customer-facing skills across org levels
Proficient in APIs, web, iOS, Android, and integrations
Comfortable in high-growth, ambiguous environments
Creative, proactive problem-solver

Responsibilities

Shape deal and account strategy with Sales and Customer Success, leading onboarding
Lead with a solutions-first mindset and propose implementation paths aligned with client goals
Act as technical DRI throughout the solution delivery lifecycle: design workflows, implement, QA, deploy
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Support to share insights and drive product improvements
Own technical components of RFPs, RFIs, and solution proposals
Deliver customized product demos across web, iOS, Android, and cloud platforms
