Job summary

AppViewX is seeking a Solutions Engineer to support the end-to-end technical sales motion in North America. You will drive discovery, deliver tailored demos, assist with POC deployments, and help respond to RFPs with technically solid content.

This growth-focused role offers onboarding, mentorship, and a clear path to senior IC or management, with remote-first work and regional travel across the US.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in a Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, Pre-Sales, or technical customer-facing role within enterprise software in cybersecurity in Identity.
• Working knowledge of PKI, CLM, or cryptographic key management concepts.
• Hands-on familiarity with at least one cloud platform: AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical practitioners and business stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent POC/POV engagements with guidance.
• Strong written communication skills for RFP responses, architecture documentation, and customer proposals.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, cybersecurity, or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Participate in and progressively lead discovery calls, tailored demo presentations, and architecture discussions aligned to customer environments and use cases.
• Support and co-own POC and POV engagements: assist with technical prerequisites, environment setup, integration configuration, and success criteria validation.
• Contribute to RFP, RFI, and security questionnaire responses with accurate, well-structured technical content.
• Develop solution architecture documentation, integration summaries, and technical proposals under senior SE guidance.
