Job summary

Fleetio is seeking a product-minded engineer for Solutions Engineering. This remote role supports US/Canada/Mexico and focuses on turning key-account commitments into shippable product work.

You will collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to translate deals into technical plans and deliver with high quality. You should have 5+ years in Ruby on Rails, 2+ years in React, and a track record shipping production web applications with maintainability in mind.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience building production web apps with Ruby on Rails and React
• Strong collaboration with Sales and Customer Success
• Ability to translate customer needs into technical plans and milestones

Responsibilities

• Ship high-impact product improvements for key accounts
• Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to align constraints and timelines
• Turn customer workflows into clear requirements and implementation plans
• Partner with Product, Design, and Engineering to scope and deliver iteratively
• Communicate tradeoffs, risks, and timelines proactively
