Job summary

Archilogic AG in the Americas is seeking a Customer Success Manager specializing in technical products. You’ll own enterprise onboarding, drive adoption, and tailor accounts to real workflows, ensuring live usage and renewals.

You’ll train facility managers and IT teams, coordinate with engineering for backend work, and extend the platform via APIs and SDKs using JavaScript/TypeScript. This remote-first role emphasizes ownership and cross‑team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Onboarding, professional services, or technical account management with long-term ownership.
• Experience with enterprise SaaS or platform ecosystems is a plus.
• Comfort with APIs and small scripts for configuration or extension work.

Responsibilities

• Own enterprise onboarding and adoption end to end, live usage, and renewals.
• Teach and enable users across facility managers, workplace teams, and IT.
• Be the trusted face for accounts, coordinating with engineering for back-end work.
• Ensure data model fits client operations to become the source of truth.
• Hands-on work with the platform APIs and SDKs (JavaScript/TypeScript).
• Turn recurring friction into roadmap signals for product.
• Support pre-sales conversations with scoping and product walkthroughs when needed.
