Job summary

Via Logic LLC is seeking a Mid-Level ServiceNow Developer to design, build, and extend scalable solutions on the ServiceNow platform. This remote-first role supports US-based clients and requires collaboration with architects, analysts, and stakeholders to translate business needs into secure, maintainable components.

You'll work on scoped apps, workflows, integrations, and CI/CD movements across environments, while mentoring citizen developers and helping uphold enterprise best practices in a

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 3+ years developing on the ServiceNow platform.
• At least one CIS certification.
• Experience designing, developing, configuring, deploying ServiceNow apps.
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with external systems.
• Experience with ITSM and scoped apps.
• Experience with CI/CD in a ServiceNow environment.
• Strong JavaScript development skills.
• Excellent client-facing communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and deploy ServiceNow applications.
• Create scoped apps, Service Catalog items, Flow Designer workflows, and other solutions.
• Develop locally developed applications using ServiceNow best practices.
• Lead and support integrations with external systems.
• Support CI/CD pipelines across development environments.
• Collaborate with architects, analysts, and stakeholders to map requirements.
• Participate in code reviews and product demonstrations.
• Troubleshoot and configure ServiceNow components of moderate to high complexity.
• Mentor citizen developers and team members in the ServiceNow ecosystem.
• Assist with platform administration for USCIS systems and cloud platforms.
