Job summary

Via Logic LLC is seeking a Mid-Level ServiceNow Developer for a remote-first role within the United States. The position focuses on designing, developing, and deploying ServiceNow applications, integrations, and automation while supporting CI/CD practices and stakeholder collaboration.

You will work with architects, analysts, and client teams to translate business needs into scalable ServiceNow solutions, contributing to mission-critical systems for federal and commercial clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience developing solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
• At least one current ServiceNow CIS certification.
• Experience with integrations and ITSM and scoped applications.
• Strong scripting and development skills, including JavaScript.
• Excellent client-facing communication and collaboration in Agile environments.

Responsibilities

• ServiceNow Development: Design, develop, configure, and deploy custom applications and solutions within the ServiceNow platform.
• Scoped Applications & Workflow Automation: Create and configure scoped applications, Service Catalog items, Flow Designer workflows.
• Custom Application Development: Support the design and development of locally developed applications (LDAs) using ServiceNow development best practices.
• Integrations: Lead and support integrations between ServiceNow and external systems.
• CI/CD & Deployment: Support CI/CD pipelines and deployment across development environments.
• Technical Collaboration: Map business requirements to ServiceNow capabilities with architects and stakeholders.
• Code Reviews & Demonstrations: Participate in code reviews, proofs of concept, and product demonstrations.
• Troubleshooting & Configuration: Troubleshoot coding and ServiceNow configuration activities of moderate to high complexity.
• Citizen Developer Support: Mentor citizen developers and team members.
• Platform Administration: Support administration and deployment of USCIS systems and PaaS/SaaS/IaaS platforms.
